Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform advanced computerized tomography procedures with precision on a Toshiba Aquilon 64-slice scanner
Position and instruct patients ensuring their comfort and safety
Determine optimal technical factors for exposures and ensure accurate marking and labeling of films
Deliver safe, high-quality patient care while taking on-call duties
Collaborate with Radiology Manager and Radiologist to provide exceptional diagnostic imaging

Qualifications

Graduate of an approved AMA school of Radiology
Current ARRT(CT) and ARRT(RT) certifications
BLS/BCLS certification
Minimum 3 years of experience, with 2 years diagnostic preferred
Active state license

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in cross-sectional anatomy
Proficiency with computerized tomography procedures
Strong patient positioning and technical exposure skills
Computer skills and manual dexterity for delicate equipment
Accurate judgment and decision-making in radiology
Proper body mechanics for patient transport
