Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care
Perform excellent assessments to make a real difference
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and team members
Document meticulously to ensure top-notch care continuity
Function independently while thriving in a collaborative environment
Respond rapidly and efficiently in emergency situations
Uphold confidentiality and champion the organization's mission and values

Qualifications

Active RN license in Maine
BLS/BCLS certification required, plus ACLS, PALS preferred
Experience in Med-Surg Adult, Ortho, and Peds
Ability to work independently and handle emergencies

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and communication skills
Proficiency in computer systems and documentation
Ability to maintain high confidentiality
Quick thinking in fast-paced environments
