Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care on the medical unit, making a real difference in patients' lives
Manage equipment like Meditech EMR, Pyxis, wound vacs, and chest tubes with confidence
Collaborate with your team to provide top-notch med-surg adult nursing
Float to nearby units like Laulima or Cardiovascular when needed, broadening your impact

Qualifications

Active Hawaii RN license required by start date - apply upon offer acceptance if needed
BLS and ACLS certifications to hit the ground running
Proof of flu vaccination or approved exemption before starting
Flexible mindset for varying shifts and days

Education

RN licensure with minimum 2 years of experience in med-surg adult

Knowledge & Skills

Strong med-surg adult nursing expertise
Comfort with 1:8 nurse-to-patient ratios on nights
Proficiency in Meditech EMR, Pyxis, wound vac, and chest tubes
Adaptability for floating to other units
