Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Full-time night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, including weekends and one holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver life-supporting ventilator management and bubble CPAP care to patients who need you most
Respond swiftly in the ER and inpatient units, providing critical respiratory interventions
Assist physicians during intubations and stand ready for conscious sedation and cardioversion procedures
Perform ABG draws and set up BiPAP and ventilator therapies that directly impact patient outcomes
Collaborate with a skilled lead therapist and 24/7 intensivist team to ensure seamless care

Qualifications

Active Washington RT License required before start
RRT or CRT credential accepted
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Proven NICU experience with strong level 2 nursery skills, including bubble CPAP for 32-weeks and up
Ventilator management expertise and comfort working with neonates through adults

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on experience with PB 980 ventilators, Philips V60, and Respironics Lumis
Confident performing ABGs, BiPAP setups, and neb treatments
Ability to assist with intubations and support conscious sedation procedures
Strong communication and quick decision-making in high-acuity settings
