Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during night shifts
Perform thorough assessments and timely interventions for assigned patients
Administer medications and treatments safely, following facility policies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans
Document patient status, interventions, and responses clearly and accurately
Respond to emergencies professionally and escalate concerns when appropriate

Qualifications

Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license (California licensing where required)
Comfortable working night shifts and flexible per diem schedules
Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced certifications (ACLS, PALS) preferred when applicable
Experience in acute care or the clinical area relevant to MST preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and teamwork mindset

Knowledge & Skills

Solid patient assessment and monitoring skills
Medication administration and IV therapy competency
Familiarity with electronic health records and accurate documentation
Ability to prioritize care in a fast-paced night-shift environment
Clear communication with patients, families, and care teams
