Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to diverse populations
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Perform focused assessments and intervene appropriately based on findings
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the care team to coordinate care plans
• Document patient care, assessments, and interventions in the electronic record
• Maintain infection control standards and uphold patient safety protocols
• Communicate clearly with patients and families to educate and support them

Qualifications

• Current, active Registered Nurse license (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) as applicable
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required; advanced certifications a plus
• Clinical experience in acute care or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Ability to work independently on per-diem assignments and integrate quickly with unit teams
• Current immunizations and any required state health screenings

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (LPN or RN program completion required)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills
• Medication administration and documentation proficiency
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and accurate charting
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of infection control, safety standards, and HIPAA compliance
