Roles & Responsibilities

• Circulate and support cardiac cath lab procedures including LHC and RHC with confidence
• Assist with advanced interventional procedures such as TAVR, TEER, ECMO, Impella, ICD/PPM, peripheral interventions and endovascular AAA
• Administer and monitor moderate sedation safely and document patient responses
• Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment (Philips and Siemens) to capture high-quality diagnostic images
• Accurately document procedures and patient care using the Merge documentation system
• Maintain sterile technique and excellent patient care standards throughout procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and techs to ensure timely, safe, and efficient case flow

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) certification required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience circulating in the cardiac cath lab and administering moderate sedation
• Familiarity with cath lab procedures listed (LHC, RHC, TAVR, TEER, EP, ECMO, Impella, ICD/PPM, peripheral and endovascular procedures)
• Merge documentation experience is a strong plus
• Comfortable working with Philips and Siemens imaging systems
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as indicated in the posting

Education

• ARRT (R) certification required
• Completion of an accredited radiologic technologist program preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of cardiac catheterization and interventional radiology procedures
• Skilled in moderate sedation monitoring and patient safety protocols
• Proficient with Merge EMR/documentation workflows
• Experience with Philips and Siemens imaging platforms
• Excellent sterile technique, bedside manner, and teamwork
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced procedural environment
