Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients to determine individualized occupational therapy needs
Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans that promote independence
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Document progress and update care plans in a timely, professional manner
Educate patients and families on strategies to improve daily function and safety
Participate in orientation and contribute to a positive unit culture

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist license in California (required)
Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Master’s or OTD preferred)
Previous clinical experience in a rehab, pediatric, or acute care setting is a plus
Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
Able to pass background check and required credentialing
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Education

Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (OTD) from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living
Knowledge of adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
Proficient clinical documentation and care planning
Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
Patient-centered approach with strong assessment skills
