Roles & Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and guide them through check-in with a smile
Prepare exam rooms and ensure all supplies are ready for appointments
Measure and record vital signs and document patient information accurately
Assist providers during exams and basic clinical procedures
Manage patient intake, scheduling, and phone follow-up in the EMR
Maintain clean, safe clinical environments and follow infection control
Support orientation activities and help onboard new team members

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Medical Assistant certificate or diploma preferred
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred
BLS/CPR certification required or willingness to obtain during orientation
Comfortable with electronic medical records and routine clinical tasks
Excellent communication, organization, and patient-service mindset
Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

High school diploma or GED required
Medical Assistant certificate/diploma preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Patient intake, vitals, and basic clinical procedures
Electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) proficiency
HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality best practices
Infection control and safe handling of clinical supplies
Strong multitasking, time management, and interpersonal skills
Collaborative team approach and positive bedside manner
