Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
Assist patients with mobility, transfers and safe positioning
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to nursing staff
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices
Document care activities and observations clearly and timely
Support patient comfort, dignity and emotional well-being during shifts
Participate actively in orientation and training to maintain high standards
Collaborate with the care team to deliver seamless, patient-centered care

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (Georgia CNA certification preferred or eligible to obtain)
CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain prior to start
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
Comfortable assisting with patient transfers and basic care tasks
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred but new graduates are welcome

Education

High school diploma or GED
Completion of an approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of activities of daily living (ADLs) and basic patient care
Basic vital sign measurement and documentation skills
Infection control and safety practices in a clinical setting
Patient transfer and mobility assistance techniques
Time management, teamwork and clear communication with clinical staff
Compassionate bedside manner and respect for patient dignity
