Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care with attention to detail
Work closely with facility staff to support smooth, safe operations
Accurately document patient encounters and follow facility protocols
Participate actively in orientation and ongoing training
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the care team
Follow infection control and safety standards to protect patients and colleagues

Qualifications

Relevant licensure or certification as required by the role and California regulations
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain during orientation
Previous clinical or patient-facing experience preferred
Ability to pass background check and required facility screenings
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset
Reliable, punctual, and ready to commit to scheduled shifts

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant clinical certificate or degree preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Patient-centered care principles and safe clinical practices
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Time management and the ability to prioritize in a busy setting
Basic familiarity with electronic medical records or willingness to learn
Teamwork and collaboration within a multidisciplinary environment
Attention to detail for accurate documentation and handoffs
