Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform and assist with cardiac catheterization procedures including LHC, RHC and PCI with precision and calm under pressure
• Operate and maintain GE imaging equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images
• Assist with mechanical circulatory support devices such as Impella and IABP, ensuring patient safety and device readiness
• Support peri-procedural ventilator management when required and collaborate with nursing and physicians
• Prepare procedural rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain workflow for efficient case turnover
• Document procedures and patient care accurately in Meditech EMR, ensuring compliance and clear communication
• Work independently and as part of a 3-person case team to deliver excellent patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of cardiac cath lab experience (explicit requirement)
• Demonstrated experience with Impella, IABP and ventilator support (must-have skills)
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR and GE imaging equipment
• Comfortable performing or supporting procedures such as LHC, RHC, PCI, PPM and shockwave interventions
• Preferred: vascular/peripheral intervention experience and EP experience (will be considered first)

Knowledge & Skills

• Cardiac catheterization procedures expertise
• Hands-on experience with Impella and IABP
• Ventilator support knowledge
• Meditech EMR proficiency
• GE imaging equipment operation
• Vascular/peripheral intervention and EP fundamentals (preferred)
