Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized outpatient physical therapy to a diverse mix of patients each day
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to create comprehensive care plans
- Help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence through evidence-based interventions
- Document progress and adjust treatment strategies to ensure the best possible outcomes
- Support occasional acute inpatient needs when your expertise is needed most
Qualifications
- Current Oregon Physical Therapist license (can be obtained after submittal)
- Outpatient physical therapy experience required
- BLS certification
- Comfort treating a wide variety of orthopedic and general cases in a small-town setting
- Ability to work independently while thriving as part of a collaborative rehab team
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong foundation in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation
- Flexibility to assist with acute inpatient coverage when needed
- Excellent communication and patient-education skills
- Business-casual professional style (no denim)
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 12 patients per 10-hour day
