Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients thoroughly under physician orders to identify functional limitations and develop individualized treatment plans
Design and implement therapeutic programs using a variety of modalities to restore muscle strength, range of motion, coordination, and body alignment
Provide hands-on treatment and therapeutic interventions aimed at pain control and improving movement and function
Document progress and communicate effectively with referring physicians and the care team to ensure coordinated patient care
Practice in accordance with the State Practice Act and maintain high standards of patient safety and professional conduct

Qualifications

Current CA Physical Therapist License required
Ability to evaluate and treat patients under physician referral and develop targeted treatment plans
Comfortable using therapeutic modalities and hands-on interventions to restore function and manage pain
Professional practice aligned with the California State Practice Act

Knowledge & Skills

Patient evaluation and assessment
Treatment planning and therapeutic modalities
Muscle strengthening techniques
Range of motion and coordination restoration
Body alignment assessment and correction
Pain management strategies
Familiarity with California State Practice Act governing PT practice
