Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate the Signa Artist 1.5T MRI system to perform high-quality diagnostic imaging studies
• Document exams accurately and efficiently using Meditech and Centricity PACs
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and ensure safe patient transport during imaging procedures
• Adhere to imaging protocols, safety standards and infection control practices
• Participate in the scheduled on-call rotation and respond promptly when needed
• Collaborate with technologists, radiologists and unit staff to optimize patient flow and experience

Qualifications

• MRI License (required)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (required)
• Minimum 2 years of MRI technologist experience (as listed in the posting)
• Proven ability to work in a team and participate in rotating on-call coverage

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on experience with Signa Artist 1.5T MRI equipment
• Familiarity with Meditech electronic documentation
• Experience using Centricity PACs for image management
• Strong patient communication and positioning skills
• Comfort with unit scheduling and rotating call responsibilities
