Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and interventional teams during Special Procedures using the Philips IR table, ensuring efficient and safe workflow
• Prepare patients and equipment for procedures such as Y90, prostate embolization, tunneled catheter placement, thoracentesis, and paracentesis
• Document procedures and patient care accurately in Meditech, maintaining complete and compliant records
• Monitor patient vitals and respond quickly to changes during and after procedures to ensure patient safety
• Maintain sterile technique and manage instrumentation and supplies for the IR suite
• Participate in the unit's on-call rotation and provide reliable coverage during assigned weeks

Qualifications

• ARRT certification (required)
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (as stated)
• Experience with interventional radiology procedures (Y90, embolizations, tunneled catheters, thoracentesis, paracentesis)
• Familiarity with Meditech documentation and Philips IR table operation
• Comfort working independently in a fast-paced procedural environment and as part of a team
