Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care to patients and assist with daily living activities
Perform routine vital signs monitoring and report changes to nursing staff promptly
Support safe patient transfers and mobility with proper techniques
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records
Follow infection control and safety procedures to protect patients and staff
Collaborate closely with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver quality care

Qualifications

Current CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification — required
Valid CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Comfortable and experienced working overnight shifts
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Pass background check and required health screenings per facility policy

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; current CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic patient care and ADLs (activities of daily living)
Ability to take and document vital signs accurately
Familiarity with infection control standards and PPE use
Competence with safe patient handling and transfer techniques
Comfortable using electronic health records or charting systems
Customer-service oriented approach to patient and family interactions
