Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate clinical social work services to patients and families
Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and develop care plans
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support
Facilitate 5150 evaluations and involuntary hold processes when needed
Connect patients with vital community resources and support services
Advocate for patients navigating complex healthcare and mental health systems

Qualifications

Active California LCSW license required
Current BLS certification
5150 certification in California required
Prior experience with Dignity Health facilities strongly preferred
Strong clinical assessment and crisis intervention skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in involuntary psychiatric evaluation processes
Understanding of mental health crisis intervention protocols
Knowledge of community resources and support systems
Strong documentation and care coordination abilities
Compassionate approach to patient advocacy
