Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM with call rotation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional perioperative care to patients across a wide range of specialties
Collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team during General, ENT, Neuro, Spine, Ortho, and Robotic procedures
Serve as a trusted resource during trauma and neuro cases where your expertise truly matters
Support smooth OR operations while floating within Zone 1 when extreme needs arise
Mentor newer staff and contribute to a positive, high-performing unit culture

Qualifications

Active RN license in Colorado or compact license
BLS certification required
Proven experience in Trauma and Neuro cases
Charge nurse experience preferred but not required
Epic EMR experience highly valued

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of OR protocols and sterile technique
Ability to handle high-acuity trauma and neuro procedures with confidence
Comfortable with call rotation and 30-minute response time
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Adaptable when floating within the facility zone
