Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Location: Prescott, Arizona

Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, hours may vary between 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, typically 8-hour shifts
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized outpatient physical therapy to 8-10 patients daily
- Assess and treat a wide range of conditions including general ortho, neuro, BPPV, vestibular issues, and fall prevention
- Develop individualized care plans for a large geriatric population
- Document patient progress accurately using EMR systems
- Collaborate with PTAs and rehab techs to optimize patient care
- Provide education and support to help patients achieve their mobility goals
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy license in Arizona
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
- Current BLS and CPR certification
- EMR documentation experience
- Strong clinical skills in ortho, neuro, and vestibular rehabilitation
Knowledge & Skills
- Outpatient physical therapy techniques and best practices
- EMR systems for accurate patient documentation
- Geriatric care and fall prevention strategies
- Vestibular and BPPV treatment approaches
- Effective communication and patient education
