Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional one-on-one physical therapy evaluations and treatments
Manage a diverse caseload of mostly orthopedic patients in a community outpatient setting
Collaborate with rehab aides and PTAs while maintaining 1:1 patient focus
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for optimal patient outcomes
Build meaningful relationships with patients in a supportive small-community environment

Qualifications

Current Colorado PT License or Compact License
BLS certification from American Heart Association
Strong background in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
Excellent communication and patient management skills

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation expertise
Ability to manage both evaluations and recurring patient schedules
Strong patient relationship and retention skills
Comfortable working independently with support from PTAs and rehab aides
