Physical Therapist - Pediatric Outpatient
Location: Fort Morgan, Colorado

Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat pediatric and adult patients with developmental delays, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans that help patients achieve their goals
- Provide outpatient therapy services with occasional support for acute inpatient needs
- Collaborate with a dedicated pediatric PTA and supportive rehab team
- Document patient progress and coordinate care across the continuum
Qualifications
- Current Colorado Physical Therapy license required
- BLS certification required
- Some pediatric experience preferred
- Comfortable working with developmental delay, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic diagnoses
Knowledge & Skills
- Pediatric Physical Therapy expertise
- Outpatient therapy experience
- Patient evaluation and treatment planning
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility to occasionally assist with acute inpatient evaluations
