Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy to a diverse patient population
Treat approximately 12 patients per day with a focus on orthopedic conditions
Provide care in both outpatient and occasional acute inpatient settings when needed
Develop individualized treatment plans that help patients return to their active lifestyles
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs
Document patient progress and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes

Qualifications

Current Oregon Physical Therapist license (can be obtained after submittal)
Outpatient physical therapy experience required
BLS certification required
Acute inpatient experience is a plus but not mandatory
Comfortable treating a wide variety of diagnoses in a small-town setting

Knowledge & Skills

Strong outpatient orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
Ability to manage a busy caseload of 12 patients per day
Flexibility to assist in acute inpatient care when needed
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Comfort working independently in an athletic-club-based clinic
