Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient radiation oncology consultations, delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans using ARIA and Eclipse
• Manage and supervise safe, precise radiation therapy delivery on TrueBeam systems
• Document care and coordinate treatment workflows within Cerner EMR
• Collaborate closely with radiation therapists, dosimetrists, and medical physicists to optimize outcomes
• Use Sun Nuclear and Radformation tools to ensure quality assurance and treatment accuracy
• Participate in the physician-led Comprehensive Cancer Care program to maintain continuity and high standards of care

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required
• Board eligible or board certified in Radiation Oncology (TRULY board eligible or certified required)
• Must be eligible for an Ohio medical license (active license preferred)
• Proficiency with ARIA, Eclipse, and Cerner EMR; experience with TrueBeam and HyperArc strongly preferred
• Comfort working in a 100% outpatient setting with minimal office-based call
• US work authorization required — not accepting J-1 or H-1B visa candidates

Education

• MD or DO in Medicine
• Board eligible or board certified in Radiation Oncology
• Ohio medical license (or eligibility to obtain)

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in radiation therapy delivery and treatment planning
• Hands-on experience with TrueBeam linear accelerators and HyperArc planning
• Familiarity with Siemens CT Simulator and imaging workflows
• Competence with ARIA, Eclipse, Sun Nuclear, and Radformation tools
• Strong collaboration skills with multi-disciplinary oncology teams
• Understanding of dosimetry and medical physics principles
