Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized one-on-one physical therapy treatments to help patients regain strength and mobility
Evaluate new patients and create customized care plans tailored to their recovery goals
Manage a diverse outpatient caseload with a focus on orthopedic conditions
Collaborate with rehab aides and support staff to ensure seamless patient care
Build meaningful connections with patients in a welcoming community setting

Qualifications

Active Colorado PT license or Compact license
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Strong background in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
Excellent communication and patient management skills

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation techniques
Patient evaluation and treatment planning
Time management for 45-minute one-on-one sessions
Building rapport with patients in a small community setting
