Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality physical therapy services to outpatient orthopedic patients
Assess and treat a diverse caseload, including acute inpatients if needed
Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility and function
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Document patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Qualifications

Oregon Physical Therapy license required (can be pending at time of submittal)
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Outpatient experience preferred; acute experience helpful
Ability to treat a wide variety of orthopedic and general rehabilitation cases

Education

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctorate or Master's degree)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation techniques
Excellent patient assessment and treatment planning skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Proficiency with electronic medical records systems
