Location: Longmont, CO

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, schedule determined by leadership with weekend rotations (6-9 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule) and holiday rotation as needed.

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $75 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients in a 12-bed LDRP unit
Circulate and recover C-sections, ensuring patient safety and comfort
Triage incoming patients and manage labor according to AWHONN guidelines
Care for mother-baby couplets and support newborn health and feeding
Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality outcomes every shift

Qualifications

At least 1 year of LDRP experience within the last 3 years - we want someone who's hit the ground running
Must be comfortable caring for antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients
Triage experience is a must to handle diverse patient needs
Confidence in circulating and recovering C-sections
Prior travel experience is preferred but not required - we welcome new travelers!
Certifications: BLS, AWHONN intermediate or advanced (or C-EFM), and NRP

Knowledge & Skills

Labor and delivery nursing best practices
Postpartum and newborn assessment and care
Fetal monitoring interpretation (C-EFM)
OR circulating and recovery for C-sections
Titration of Pitocin and Magnesium sulfate
Electronic medical records proficiency
