Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement and support clinical information systems to enhance patient care
- Provide training and support to clinical staff on EHR and other technologies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize clinical workflows
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and go-live support
- Analyze clinical processes and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Alaska (or compact state if applicable)
- Experience in clinical informatics or nursing informatics preferred
- BLS certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge & Skills
- In-depth knowledge of EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Understanding of clinical workflows and informatics principles
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Project management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
