Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Sunday, Friday, Saturday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to patients in a skilled nursing/rehab setting
Monitor vital signs and administer medications as prescribed
Collaborate with RNs and physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document patient progress and update care plans
Educate patients and families on health management

Qualifications

Current valid LPN license in New Mexico or compact state
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
At least 1 year of recent LPN experience in long-term care or rehab
Completed original or updated COVID-19 vaccine or approved exemption
Strong assessment and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
Medication administration and wound care
Care plan implementation and documentation
Team collaboration and effective communication
Compassion and empathy for diverse patient populations
