Shift Type: As needed, 5:45 AM - 6:15 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to the healthcare team
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Educate residents and families on health management and wellness
Ensure a safe and clean environment for all residents

Qualifications

Active LPN or RN license in the state of Maine
Current BLS/CPR certification
Long-term care experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
Ability to assess and prioritize patient needs
Proficient in medication administration and documentation
Team player with a positive attitude
Adaptable to changing patient conditions
