Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to patients including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
Take and record vital signs accurately
Support patients with meals and hydration
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Communicate effectively with nursing staff and families

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in California
Current BLS/CPR certification
At least 6 months of experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care and safety protocols
Infection control practices
Empathy and patience
Team collaboration and adaptability
