Location: Zanesville, Ohio

Start Date: 07-20-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week, with every 2nd or 3rd weekend call rotation and holiday rotation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert perioperative nursing care for vascular and CVOR surgical patients
Assist with DaVinci robot-assisted procedures and general OR cases
Circulate during surgeries, ensuring patient safety and sterile technique
Participate in on-call rotation for weekends and holidays
Float to CVOR and General OR as needed when no vascular cases are scheduled
Collaborate with surgical team to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

At least 1 year of recent Vascular OR experience
Minimum 2 years of overall nursing experience
Active Ohio RN license or compact license
Current ACLS and BLS certifications
Ability to work in various surgical specialties including CVOR and General OR
Willingness to meet schedule demands with minimal requested time off

Knowledge & Skills

Vascular surgery procedures and patient care
CVOR and open-heart surgery workflows
DaVinci robotic surgical system
Operating room circulation and sterile technique
ACLS and BLS protocols
