Location: Mauston, Wisconsin

Start Date: 07-13-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating weekly day shifts: Week 1: Sat-Tue & Thu-Fri, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM; Week 2: Mon-Wed & Fri, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Communicate timely with physicians and families regarding resident condition changes
Complete all applicable resident assessments
Administer medications following the 5 Rights
Perform wound care and assessments as needed
Assist CNAs with call lights and monitor residents for changes
Act as a leader on the floor, directing situations as needed
Report any allegations of abuse, neglect or misappropriation
Maintain accurate and thorough resident records
Perform other duties as requested

Qualifications

Must hold an active Wisconsin Registered Nursing license
Current CPR/BLS certification required
Two-year degree in nursing required; four-year degree preferred
1+ years of related work experience preferred
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required

Education

Two-year degree in nursing (required)
Four-year degree in nursing (preferred)

Patient assessment and monitoring
Medication administration
Wound care
Effective communication with interdisciplinary team
Leadership and decision-making
Accurate charting and documentation
CPR and BLS certified
Attention to detail
