Location: Bennington, Vermont

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-10-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM; every other weekend required

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Take and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring resident safety and comfort
Document care provided and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
Support residents' emotional and social well-being through genuine interactions

Qualifications

Current Vermont Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in good standing
BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience as an LNA in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Time management and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
