Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Flexible shifts, including 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities to geriatric residents
Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff
Support residents with mobility, bathing, dressing, and eating
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications

Active Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification in Maryland
Current CPR certification preferred
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of resident care techniques and safety protocols
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Time management and organizational skills
