Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and eating
Provide compassionate care and emotional support to elderly patients
Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to nursing staff
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Support rehabilitation exercises and mobility assistance

Qualifications

Valid Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification in Maryland
Current CPR certification
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and patient-centered approach

Knowledge & Skills

Understanding of geriatric patient needs and safety
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle physical demands of the role
Basic knowledge of infection control and hygiene practices
