Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Evening shift, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (per diem, no set schedule)

Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop care plans
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Ensure a safe and clean environment for all

Qualifications

Active LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (LPN or RN program)

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of nursing principles and procedures
Proficiency in electronic health records
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
