Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to elderly residents in a skilled nursing facility
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
Support residents' mobility and comfort, promoting dignity and independence
Cooperate with the care team to ensure a safe, clean environment

Qualifications

Active Maryland Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification
Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with seniors
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Must meet vaccination requirements or have approved exemption

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of vital signs and patient care techniques
Ability to follow care plans and facility protocols
Team player with a positive attitude
