Shift Type: Per Diem, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Night shift)

Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor vital signs and report changes to the RN supervisor
Assist with activities of daily living and promote resident independence
Document care accurately and timely in electronic health records
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care

Qualifications

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina
Current CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
Minimum of 1 year of long-term care experience preferred
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in electronic health record systems
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
