Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to patients on the Medical OT unit
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor patient vitals and document progress accurately
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions
Ensure a safe and clean environment to promote healing

Qualifications

Current California LVN license in good standing
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum 1 year of recent LVN experience in a hospital or acute care setting
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Strong communication and organizational skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in patient assessment and clinical documentation
Skilled in IV therapy, wound care, and medication administration
Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
