Shift Type: Saturday-Wednesday, 5:45 AM - 2:15 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate psychiatric care and support to patients in a medical-occupational therapy setting
Monitor patient behavior, document observations, and communicate effectively with the care team
Assist with activities of daily living and therapeutic interventions
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff

Qualifications

Active California Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) license
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Ability to work a rotating schedule including weekends
Compassionate, adaptable, and ready to make a difference

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in patient assessment, behavioral health, and charting
Strong communication and core nursing competencies
Proficient in LP administration, patient care, and symptom management
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
