Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate emergency care to patients in critical conditions
Assess, triage, and stabilize patients with acute illnesses or injuries
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outcomes
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes promptly
Document care accurately and maintain patient records

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 1 year of ER experience preferred
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Emergency nursing procedures and protocols
Patient assessment and triage
IV insertion and medication administration
Use of emergency equipment (defibrillator, ventilator, etc.)
Team collaboration and crisis management
