Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Roles & Responsibilities

Counsel inpatients, outpatients, and their families in medical nutrition therapy, tailoring diet plans to individual needs
Develop and implement nutrition care plans based on screening and assessment of nutritional needs
Monitor calorie and protein intake, recommending additional or alternative nutritional support as needed
Document nutrition assessments, interventions, education, and follow-up using IDNT and the nutrition care process

Qualifications

Active Registered Dietitian (RD) credential required
Minimum 2 years of clinical dietetics experience
Travel experience highly preferred
Willingness to work at a facility outside your 100-mile radius

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in medical nutrition therapy and patient counseling
Proficient in nutrition assessment, documentation, and IDNT
Experience with tube feeding and enteral nutrition
