Roles & Responsibilities

Provide emergency care to patients of all ages
Triage and assess urgent conditions
Administer medications and treatments
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team
Maintain accurate patient records
Advocate for patient safety and comfort

Qualifications

Current RN license in California
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 1 year of emergency department experience
Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Emergency nursing procedures
Triage protocols
Patient assessment
IV therapy and wound care
EKG interpretation
Teamwork and adaptability
