Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to patients in daily activities
Assist with bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Support emotional well-being of patients and families

Qualifications

Valid CNA certification in California
Current BLS/CPR certification
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of patient care principles
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
