Candidate Pay Rate: $58.28 - $43.4 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process and primary nursing principles
Utilize EPIC charting system proficiently
Ensure individualized patient care according to departmental policies and standards
Coordinate care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team

Qualifications

Active Alaska RN license required
Current BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of Long Term Care experience
BSN strongly preferred

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Nursing process and primary nursing principles
Goal-directed nursing care
EPIC charting system
Proficient in PC and clinical databases
