Shift Type: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in a medical outpatient setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
Document patient care accurately and timely
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care
Educate patients and families on health management

Qualifications

Active LVN license in California
Minimum 1 year of recent LVN experience preferred
BLS certification from AHA or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable and flexible - must be able to accommodate training schedule

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation
Patient assessment and monitoring
Electronic health record proficiency
Infection control practices
Team collaboration and communication
Adaptability to fast-paced environment
