Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Flexible shifts, typically 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM) as needed

Candidate Pay Rate: $30 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate patient care in a fast-paced rehab environment
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes
Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico
BLS certification required
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to adapt quickly to different units and patient needs

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in medication administration and IV therapy for RNs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of EHR systems and documentation standards
