Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Days, 8-hour shifts, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $47.94 - $35.7 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance.
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
Assist with activities of daily living to promote independence.
Support residents with dementia and other conditions with patience and empathy.
Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in North Dakota
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience
Previous travel experience preferred
Ability to work every other weekend and holidays

Knowledge & Skills

Strong direct patient care skills
Experience with dementia and medical floor nursing
Comfortable using EPIC charting system
Team player with excellent communication
Ability to work in a fast-paced LTC/SNF setting
