Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed weekly hours, no weekends or on-call

Roles & Responsibilities

Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care
Develop and implement individualized plans of care following regulatory and clinical standards
Administer therapeutic procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, exercise, modalities, and wound care
Assess patient progress and adjust treatments to achieve optimal outcomes
Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers
Document all clinically required information accurately in the electronic health record

Qualifications

At least 1 year of Physical Therapy experience (new grads with Level II clinical rotations welcome)
Long-term care or rehabilitation experience required
Active Massachusetts state license required

Knowledge & Skills

Patient evaluation and treatment planning
Clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
Supervision of physical therapist assistants and students
Effective communication with interdisciplinary teams
